Crystal Cruises is at present perhaps the most highly rated of all the "big ship" cruise lines. The line has a very high repeat passenger rate, and many of Crystal cruises sell out early.

The "six star" Crystal Cruise line represents the ultra-deluxe segment of the cruise business, and as most Luxury Cruise Lines is primarily a small ship operator. Luxury Cruise Lines offer a noticeably more elevated level of service than the regular five- star cruises but also tend to be the most expensive cruises. They are definitely not mass market.
